Description
First off, this is a design off the cover of one of David James books. I like his stuff. His books are clear and easy to follow.
This was an exercise for me to get better equated with Inkscape. This is my first work with Inkscape version 0.46. I'm liking the new tools a lot, but I didn't use them in this work.
This is pretty much straight bezier, nodes, and shapes tools. I did use the clone tool to speed things up.
It could use some coloring. I'd like to stick with the svg format but I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the new bucket tool yet or not.
I'm still mystified why tools behave differently in Inkscape with different levels of zoom. Maybe, I'll dump it in GIMP.
If there's any interest in a min-tut for this let me know.
